These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by PonchoArtwear.com, all orders placed by you, and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.
PonchoArtwear.com is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Simply take a digital photo of the item and the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping id or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request processes within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production.
2. Once we have approved your return, we will send you a FEDEX or UPS Return label immediately via the US Postal Service (USPS) Email Option (for faster turnaround): You may request to have the return label sent via email. You will then simply print the label out on your printer.
3. Once the the return label is received… pack your items(s) in the original tube or box, tape securely, and and attach the return(s) label securely to the outside of the package. Note: the packing slip must be enclosed in a plastic shipping envelope. (the Fedex or UPS facility can provide you with this).
4. Drop off the package at your nearest FEDEX or UPS facility. You can find a list of FEDEX and UPS drop-off locations online. .
5. Once your package is received by us and approved., we will send out a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.
We’ll do everything we can to expedite your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that PonchoArtwear.com is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense prior to us processing your return.

Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. However, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If the corrected price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.
All orders shipped within the State of Maryland will be charged the Maryland sales tax. Orders shipped outside of the State of Maryland will not be charge taxes, including international orders.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit.
We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.

The state or federal courts located in the State of Maryland will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us in relation to our products or services.
